Last updated: 8 July 2026 These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings, visits, and services provided by Rage Room Genk (“we”, “us”, “our”), located at Industriezone Genk-Noord, Woudstraat 15, Genk, Belgium. By making a booking or participating in a session, you agree to these terms.

1. Bookings and payment

• Bookings can be made through our website, by email, or by phone. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
• Prices shown on our website include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust prices; confirmed bookings keep the price agreed at the time of booking.
• Payment must be completed as indicated during the booking process. Unpaid bookings may be cancelled by us.

2. Cancellation and rescheduling

• You may reschedule your session free of charge up to 48 hours before the booked start time by contacting us at info@rage-room.be.
• Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or a voucher. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
• If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened accordingly. If you do not show up, no refund will be given.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. technical or safety issues). In that case, you will be offered a new date or a full refund.

3. Age and participation requirements

• Participants must be at least 18 years old. However, kids starting from 6 – 17 years old can join with parental consent and supervision.
• All participants must sign our safety waiver before the session begins.
• Participation is not allowed while pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or with medical conditions that could make the activity unsafe. We reserve the right to refuse access without refund if a participant appears intoxicated or unfit to participate safely.

4. Safety rules

• Participants must wear the protective equipment we provide (coverall, helmet or face shield, gloves, and sturdy closed footwear) at all times during the session.
• Participants must follow all instructions from our staff and the safety briefing at all times.
• Only items provided or approved by us may be smashed. Throwing objects at doors, windows, cameras, lights, or other people is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to end a session immediately and without refund if safety rules are violated.

5. Liability

• Participation in a rage room session is at your own risk. Rage Room Genk is not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from failure to follow the safety rules or staff instructions.
• Our liability is in all cases limited to direct damage and to the amount paid for the booking in question, except in cases of intent or gross negligence on our part.
• Participants are liable for damage they intentionally cause to the premises, equipment, or protective gear outside the normal use of the experience.
• We are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

6. Vouchers and promotions

• Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the district in which Rage Room Genk is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
